The B.Sc Catering Science & Hotel Management is tuned to provide conceptual and practical skills in the operation of Hospitality service. This programme is aimed at preparing students for executive and managerial positions in hotels, tourism companies, resorts, sports venues, etc. The mandate of the School of Hospitality & Food Sciences is based around manufacturing, processing, safety and distribution of food and catering science and the management of these areas.
